Chris Tattersall – Parenting an Olympian

Chris Tattersall is the father of Gemma Tattersall, one of our olympic riders. On July 21st, Chris gave us an insightful and fascinating view into what challenges he has come across in his time of parenting an olympian. Our members thoroughly enjoyed hearing all about the trials and tribulations he has faced since his daughter mounted a horse at the young age of just 18 months old. We also learned the ins and outs of the championships which Gemma attends regularly, much to the amazement of us all at the precision and dedication required to perform at her level.

In addition, this lunch was held at a new location, Novikov. Although our home will always be the Caledonian, we must say the lunch provided by Novikov certainly was a winner for all.
