Filippo Sabatini: Gin Tasting Event

Summer 2016 we happily hosted an incredibly entertaining Gin Tasting Event

We had the opportunity to taste SABATINI GIN, a London dry gin distilled with 9 home grown Tuscan botanicals.

During the event, Mr. Filippo Sabatini, Co-Founder of Sabatini Gin, walked us through his world of home grown lavender, wild fennel, thyme, olive leaves, lemon verbena, sage, and their traditional gin infusion distillation process.
