Sir Tim held a number of positions in the Royal Navy where had he made a wrong decision or no decision, could have resulted in loss of life and possible diplomatic embarrassment for the UK. He will be sharing with us some of these experiences of decision-making under intense pressure and his own enthralling anecdotes surrounding them. His last appointment in the Royal Navy was Deputy Commander-in-Chief Fleet. Upon retiring, he forged a successful second career and became an experienced and talented Chairman, CEO, NE Chairman and NED.
